Next Best Action

The last project I worked on in the customer satisfaction department was the development of a mobile application called NBA - Next Best Actions. The application was supposed to simplify the access of high-ranking managers all over the world to the results regarding customer satisfaction with the company's products and suggest steps to improve work with clients. My task was to find a way to process data into IoS through Spss Modeler and SPSS data miner and ensure that the application has all available statistical indicators from the mentioned tools, so that recommendations for management can then be made from them. After the technical coverage, my second task was to adjust the recommendations, so that the managers did not have to communicate with our department and present the results from the application directly at their meetings. This was not so easy, since each continent and each country needed different recommendations, so it was necessary to see as much as possible into the business in the given country. For example, the Asian continent was more concerned with technological innovations and the American lower price hw products. I did not see such a technological formula and meaning in this business logic, so I asked to be released from the project at this stage.

Benefit for the company

The greatest benefit of the application was its direct preview on a mobile device. Despite the beautiful appearance and simple operation, the content page was not its strong point, so it can be doubted whether the effort and time spent by many programmers was so important.
