On the PFS project, I was tasked with developing a database backend for a financial management application. The database was in the Oracle system, and my main job was to work closely with analysts and implement new functionalities according to their suggestions. Then, with the testers, solve UAT testing and debugging of PLSQL procedures. We were two database programmers on the project, 1 of which did deployment and error resolution and CR on the production environment, and the other did the already mentioned development. At the beginning, the work looked routine with occasional CRs on dials and catalogs of tax lists. However, new procedures began to be developed, which required advanced knowledge of PLSQL and cooperation with fullstack programmers and the entire development team and application support. For example, I developed functionality for merging tax entities, I solved the problem with duplicate entities and persons, solving authorizations and representation of natural and legal persons or the method of registering legal representatives.

Benefit for the company

Since the PFS project is one of the key projects of the DITEC company, it was always important to optimize it, add functionalities and develop it so that at the end of the day a large number of users have a clear application without the need for minimal interventions. I am glad that I also managed to partially contribute to this with my knowledge and skills, and so, for example, the "pre-filled tax return" is proof of that.
